Custom Design Process
We’re here to make your special day, unique, modern, tastefully true and reflect your personality, your vision, and your budget!
1. Design Exploration
10 - 13 months prior to the big date
We will dive into your event details, discuss design preferences ie. colors, font styles, theme, embellishments, any specifications and overall big picture for your wedding day. Book a consult today!
2. Design Proposal
1 - 2 weeks after initial consultation
Taking what we have learned about you and your design style. We will create a design proposal, including options and custom quote based on your requirements.
3. Reserve Your Booking
2 - 3 weeks after initial consultation
If all of the details discussed and the proposal speak to you and align with your vision, we will move on to the booking stage with a contract and deposit payment. (Deposit payment is project base.)
4. Concepts \ Refinement
1 - 4 weeks once the deposit is made
We will provide you with the digital rendering of your invitation concept(s). We will communicate about the details & changes and begin to refine the design until a winning design.
5. Approval \ Production
2 - 5 weeks
A final design proof for approval will be provided once we have finalized your design, and then we will begin printing & production of your invitations. Final invoice will be provided at this stage. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange pickup (free) / delivery (additional fee).
Day of Stationery
2-3 months before the big day
Matching day of stationery is the best way to create a cohesive look & feel, and add the special personal touches to your big day! Although it is totally optional, but we highly recommend letting us create the whole package for you!
