RETURNS & REFUNDS - All sales are final, services and items are non-refundable. Returns & Exchange are accepted only if the items are damaged or if ordered goods do not match the items received as specified in your design contract and final proof. You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

CANCELLATION - Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. $75 CAD cancellation fee will be requested if the contract is signed, design process has begun. No cancellation is accepted, if production had started. Final payments will be retained by Koket Design, and you will receive the items that you have ordered.

PRICING & PAYMENT - All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to shipping cost and taxes (where applicable) Koket design accepts personal cheques, money orders, email money transfers and credit card (via Paypal). Order will not ship until payment is cleared. A NSF cheque will be automatically subject to a $40 service charge. US or International orders, please pay by credit card via Paypal only.

PROOFS - We do our best to give you a very close representation of your final custom invitation. The colours of your final product may be slightly different from the online proofs due to discrepancies in printer colours and monitors display colours. Please do allow a slight tolerance. It is agreed that it is the client's responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final proof, and it is agreed that Koket Design must be promptly notified allowing for necessary corrections if errors were to be found.

SHIPPING & HANDLING - Orders are shipped via Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel Services. Shipping and / or additional insurance coverage will be assumed by the customer. Koket Design is not responsible for delays incurred by the shipping carrier, nor are we responsible if there are delivery attempts without a receiver present. Please note that all US and international orders may subject to duties & custom charges.

COPYRIGHT - Koket Design retains ownership of all artworks; all artworks cannot be reproduced and or modified in any ways.  Koket Design retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, marketing materials, and portfolio. No part of this web site may be reproduced, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, recoding, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Koket Design. Please remember that all artworks and images are protected under copyright law. The unauthorized incorporation of such material into your new work is plagiarism and infringing the rights of the copyright owner. Legal action will be taken for copyright infringements.

PRIVACY - We will not sell, share or rent your information to any third parties! However, we reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information if required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding.

PAYMENT SECURITY - Koket Design will not ask for your financial details. Our internet payment options are done through the secured payment service providerS such as Paypal or your banking institutions. For more information about Paypal please visit www.paypal.com.
