qty. In addition, we provide money saving options
to help you bring the cost down.

What are your cost saving options / suggestions?
1) eInvite / Koket's web style invitation. Instead
of sending numbers of enclosures cards with the paper
invite, why not post some of the important info on
the web; 2) Rsvp via website service; 3) Postcard
style cards & rsvps; 4) Custom size OR smaller
size version; 5) Double sided design card.

Do you use recycle paper?
Yes we do! All of our standard paper and envelope
choices are FSC certified (FSC Mix Sources & FSC
Recycle) papers& envelopes, and recycled paper
products that have a minimum of 30% recycled fiber

Do you provide addressing service?
We offer two way of addressing: envelope addressing
service - addresses printed directly on envelopes, as
well as mailing addresses on clear labels.

Do you have a store? Can I schedule a meeting to see
you?
Though we do not have a physical storefront shop, we
are an independent graphic design studio and we conduct
our business online. If you are interested in setting
up a meeting with our designer in Toronto, please do
not hesitate call or email to schedule a meeting.
Q:
Do you provide map illustration service?
Yes, we do custom map illustration! Along with purchase
of our invitations and for a one time fee ($25 - 40
depends on the complexity), we will custom illustrate
a map or maps that match your invitation style. This
service allows you to add multiple spots / destinations,
indicate important roads in a clear & stylish fashion
that a regular map copy from the map search cannot offer.
Q:
Do you offer bilingual invitations, or incorporate phrases
or words in a second language?
We have had designed invitations in French, Italian,
Spanish, Greek, Chinese, Hebrew, Punjabi & Arabic.
We can certainly do it if the language uses Latin /
Roman alphabets. As for other writing / alphabet systems,
as long as you are able to provide us your text in pdf
or jepg image, we should have no problem doing it. Please
email us for more information.
Q:
Can I customize my invitation with a special symbol,
monogram or photograph?
We certainly can! Just provide us the image of the symbol
that you wish to reproduce, or let us know about your
idea, we will custom illustrate a graphic symbol or
monogram / name logo for you. To incorporate a photo,
please send us the photo in high resolution digital
format. Custom design / illustration fee will apply.
Q:
Do you accept orders outside of Canada?
Yes, we welcome orders from outside of Canada. We serve
brides & grooms from around the world.
Please be aware of shipping costs and possible customs
import duty, and for more information, please contact
your local customs office.
Q:
Do you accept rush orders?
We do our best to accommodate rush orders. No extra
charges apply; please feel free to inquire as to availability.
There will be some limitations for customization options
on rush orders.

Do you provide printed catalogue and sample?
We do not provide printed catalogue, our website is
our catalogue. Limited samples are available upon request.
Digital samples / mockup image are available. Please
contact us to discuss your sample needs.

What kind of printing do you use?
We use digital press - flat printing. As part of our
effort to be green, we have upgraded to environmentally
friendly printing press. Products that we print in-house
are using non-toxic ink, and our printer produces less
waste and ozone than regular color laser printers
