What is the difference between Custom invitations & Semi-Custom invitaions?

Custom design invitations - 100% tailor for you and your event - we will brainstorm with you on concept & design direction, take all your specifications as well as budget into consideration, and work with you on creating an one-of-a-kind design for you! Custom design service is best for couples with a specific theme, idea or requirement for their big day!

Semi-custom invitations - our popular designs, personalized for you!  There are limitations to modify the design, in most cases changes can be made to basic design elements, such as font style, wordings, embellishments, sometimes colours. You will still receive our professional design service and 2 rounds of designs. 

How do I order?

How much do you charge for invitation?

Because the custom nature of our service - invitation costs are highly variable and dependent on a number of factors, such as the quantity of invitations, the style & paper choice, the number of insert cards, embellishments, etc. And of course your budget. Our invitations can be between $5 to $12 per set, plus applicable design fee. We quote per project base, pricing details will be discussed during our design exploration & proposal stage of the process.

What is your turnaround time?

Every project has a journey of its own, depending on the complexity of the project - some may require more time, some less. It can it takes from 4 to 10 weeks to complete the design & production processes. But we always do our best to accommodate rush orders. 

Why colours on print appears different than on screen?

It is important to understands that press printing prints with CMYK colour inks, while digital devices display colours with light (RGB colours). Colour appearance vary from digital devices and prints. Paper type and ambient lighting all will affect colour appearance of printed pieces. We always do out best to produce colours that match client’s expectation, however we kindly ask client to tolerate slight colour difference.

Do I have to order Day of Stationery at the same time as invitations?

No. We recommend starting the design process for the day of stationery 6 - 12 weeks prior to the event date. Same as our process for the invitation, we customize and design the coordinated day of items to meet you requirements.

Can I make changes after the final design proof is approved for production?

We won’t be able to make any changes or cancel your order if the printing & production is already in progress. 

What are my payment options?

We accept e-transfers, credit card (via Paypal), and cash.

Do you accept U.S. and International orders?

Yes! We are based in Mississauga, Ontario, servicing clients in Canada, US and beyond.

Do you provide Print-Only or Design-Only service?

We may accept print-only or design-only order request. As a full service design studio, we prefer provide you with a complete service. But we do share our expertise, and depending on the project details.

Do you offer recipient or guest addressing on envelopes?

Yes, we do! Please prepare your addresses in a spreadsheet or a word document. Addresses need to follow proper addressing standard. 

Do you offer assembly & mailing?

Your invitation cards will assembled, ready for stuffing and sealing. We don't usually offer mailing service unless it is by request.

Do you do Acrylic/Plastic invitation?

We hate saying NO, but it is a conscious environmental choice to not offer any one-time use acrylic/plastic invitations - We hope you will say no to it too!

What is your minimum order qty? 

25 is the minimum for printed invitations.
