1. CONSULTATION - Each project starts with a consultation, either by phone, email, in person or via our order form. We will answer all your questions, discuss your ideas and requirements, gather all the necessary project details, provide design options & examples and estimate price quotes. 2. ORDER & CONTRACT- Once the project details have been agreed upon, you will be provided with a design contact that identifies the price quote, deliverables and time schedule for the project. Design process will begin after signed contract is received. Deposit may require for some projects. 3. DESIGN & REVISION - Provide us all the necessary info. We will present you with digital design mockups and assign a designated online proof url for your project. You can access your online proof anytime and from any computer. During the revision process, we will require your feedback, and integrate changes. Revision will continue until you are satisfied with a final design. 4. FINAL PROOF & PRODUCTION- Printing & production will begin after the client has approved and signed off on the proof. It is client's responsibility to ensure that there are no typos, spelling and grammatical errors contained in the final proof. This is the stage that we confirm all the final order details: qty, shipping quote & payment term, and an invoice will be provided. 5. PAYMENT- Payment is requested after the final proof is approved and committed to print and production. 6.SHIPPPING / DELIVERY - Once the order is completed, we will ship your order using your chosen shipping service, or arrange a pick up / drop up in Toronto. TURNAROUND TIME - Depends on the design, number of revision require, order quantity,and complexity of the project . Design & Proofing - could take 1 to 5 weeks / Production - 1 to 3 weeks.
