• Consultation \ Each project starts with a consultation, either by phone, email or in person. We will answer all your questions, discuss your ideas, vision and requirements, gather all the necessary project details, then provide pricing estimate. Pricing is quoted on project basis. Our design rate is $40 per hr.

• Contract \ Once the project and order details have been agreed upon, you will be provided with a design contact. Design process will begin after signed contract. A Deposit may be required.

• Design \ Please provide us all the necessary info to complete the project at this stage. We will present you with design concepts on a webpage that's designated for your project for no additional charge, and you can access your online proof page anytime and from any computer.

• Revision & Proofing \ During the revision stage, we will review your feedback and integrate changes, then send you revised proofs. Proofing & Revision process will continue until you are satisfied with a final design.

• Payment \ Billing log and invoice will be provided once the final artwork is approved, before delivery of the final design package or going to the press.
